Manufacturing & Flower Technician
Sunset Lake Cannabis
Full Time / Year-Round

Manufacturing & Flower Technicians will work in a small team to create various Sunset Lake Cannabis products, including: Hand-trimmed cannabis flower, prerolls, vape carts, tinctures, topicals, gummies, and more! Your primary role will be indoors, and in the fall (Sept.-Oct.), Technicians will work at our farm, assisting with the harvest and processing of our annual crop of sungrown cannabis.

Seasonal Cannabis Harvester
Sunset Lake Cannabis
Full Time / August through December

Cannabis Harvesters will work in small teams to help with our 2026 Harvest Season. Cannabis Harvesters are crucial members of our team that help transform plants in the field into a variety of handcrafted cannabis products. Tasks include: cutting and hanging plants to dry, separating buds from leaves & stems, sorting & processing THC buds to ensure high quality standards, hand-trimming flower. From August 17, 2026 to December 18, 2026,  Cannabis Harvesters will work at our South Hero farm assisting with the harvest and processing of our crop of sungrown cannabis. Our hand-harvest method involves working outdoors for 8-10 hr days in a group of 5-8 coworkers.
